Roni Ghouila

Roni Ghouila specializes in providing legal counsel and support to corporations across various sectors, including startups, high-tech companies, technology, and industry. In her work, Roni provides legal services in commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financing transactions, and other commercial issues.

Roni began her legal career as an intern at ERM (Epstein, Rosenblum, Maoz) and subsequently joined our firm as an attorney in 2024.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law, Tel Aviv University, 2023.

Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2024.
