We accompany and advise companies and corporations, local and international, in their daily commercial activity in all its forms, among others, Consulting, drafting and negotiating all of our clients’ commercial agreements such as licensing, development, agency and distribution agreements, joint ventures, outsourcing agreements and more. We work closely with each of our clients in order to know their unique activity and the relevant business environment, enabling us to provide efficient legal service tailored to the specific needs of each client.

The members of the department have extensive experience in providing legal advice and support to various sectors such as traditional industries, hi-tech (software and hardware), bio-tech, finance, internet and e-commerce. The department specializes in the fields of pharmaceuticals, food additives and medical devices, and has extensive knowledge in these fields regarding relations between Israeli representatives and international manufacturers or suppliers, the relations between these companies and the HMOs and hospitals, as well as matters relating to import, registration, clinical research and publication.
