Ori Warschawski, Partner
Ori Warschawski leads the real estate department of the firm. Ori provides ongoing legal services to his clients dealing with the assets they own and their current needs. He also represents landowners and assets - acquirer groups, contractor execution companies, and infrastructure companies. Ori is Very experienced in the area of urban renewal in and accompanies TAMA projects and evacuation-construction projects, at various stages, throughout the country.
It is also noted that Ori has extensive experience in all areas of the real estate industry and has handled significant purchase and sale transactions over the years, including combination transactions, proceeds and more; handling of purchase groups and associations for construction; handling projects incorporating residential, commercial and industrial interests in the settlement sector, as well as in agricultural and investment transactions and partnerships (including large investment bodies), in large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, hotel and other projects throughout the country, and in real estate unions, receivership, building licensing, business licensing, planning and construction.
Ori has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with various authorities, including the Israel Lands Authority, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and the local authorities.
Ori joined the firm after working as a partner and coordinating the area of urban renewal in Gross&Co law firm for years.
