Oded Itzhaki leads the corporate and M&A department of the firm.

Oded provides legal services to corporations from various sectors, including high tech, technology and industry sectors. Oded provide legal services to the firm’s clients in complex large scale corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, international and local joint ventures, capital raising, financing.

Oded also specializes in accompanying start-ups and tech companies in all stages, starting from formation through the product’s development and commercialization stage, until merger and acquisition. 

Oded represents both companies and investors alike, in equity and debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture collaborations, shareholders agreements, various commercial transactions and other domestic and cross-border transactions.
