Leead Martziparo leads the real estate department of the firm.

Leead possesses extensive experience in all areas of the real estate and unique expertise in urban renewal as he accompanies TAMA projects and large scale evacuation-construction projects, at various stages, throughout Israel. 

Leead has successfully lead significant real estate transactions, including handling combination transactions; handling of purchase groups and associations for construction; handling projects incorporating residential, commercial and industrial interests, as well as in agricultural and investment transactions and partnerships, in large-scale residential, commercial, industrial and other projects throughout Israel. 

In addition, Leead provides ongoing legal services to assets owners, assets - acquirer groups, contractor execution companies, and infrastructure companies.

Leead has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with various authorities, including the Israel Lands Authority, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and the local authorities.
