Ori is involved both in large-scale transactions and complex commercial litigation. Ori’s experience in the many diverse areas of commercial law has enabled him to develop top expertise in representing clients in court, in some of the largest and most significant commercial disputes in Israel and abroad. In addition, Ori continues to be involved in high profile commercial and real estate transactions.

Ori provides legal guidance to private customers and well-known companies in lawsuits and complex legal proceedings, including alternative dispute resolutions (such as arbitration and mediation). In addition, Ori represent clients in large-scale commercial transactions. Ori gained a noteworthy reputation for his ability to manage sensitive commercial transactions and proceedings involving large amounts of money and assets. 

Ori’s extensive litigation practice encompasses the full range of commercial and corporate disputes including shareholder disputes, cross-border litigation, breach of contract and other complex commercial and corporate disputes. 

As a mediation course graduate, Ori provides mediation services to private customers and corporations. 

Ori also serves as the managing partner of the firm.
